PRAKRUTH’s URBAN FARM CONTRIBUTION OPTIONS:
1. Donate any number of plants
2. Support plantation: ₹200 for planting ONE plant or ₹500 for planting ONE tree
3. Own a fruit tree (mango, usiri, neredu, seethaphal, sapota, kashmir apple bear, water apple, tamarind, anjeer, guava, mulberry, pomegranate, star fruit, jackfruit, papaya, coconut, avocado, banana, etc). As an owner of the tree, you can carry home 2 to 10 kgs of fruits per year per tree (quantity depends on type of the fruit and it’s yield capacity) from their 2nd/3rd/4th/5th year (yielding time depends on variety of the fruit). Additionally, you can pick & eat how many ever you can when you are visiting the farm: ₹6,000 per tree
4. Invest in Mahogany (timber) trees, stay invested for 10 to 12 yrs and then get 60% of the final revenue (40% goes to farm owner who maintains & sells the tree on your behalf): ₹5,000 per tree
All the 4 options entitle you to get a printed certificate that allows you to visit the urban farm for free at any point of time after the initial 2 years and experience the (proposed) river front walking track, freestyle trekking, cycling zone, off roading track (from Jan 2025). You can also pick the seasonal vegetables on your own and pay at the exit counter according to their weight!
3 & 4 options will also entitle you to get one free stay every year (for all the 20+ plant owners) at our farm/resort and enjoy the pristine nature along with access to the infinity swimming pool (from March 2026)

Q: Duration & timeline of the project?
A: This is a 12 year project and all the above options/benefits are valid for first twelve years (Jan 2023 to Jan 2035). You will be given the option of renewal by the end of 2034
Q: Is it a one time payment or annual payment?
A: Everything quoted above is a onetime payment and there after, it’s the responsibility of Prakruth Farms to take care of all the maintenance expenses
Q: Mode of payment?
A: Nature lovers in India can NEFT/RTGS to the current account of Prakruth India. They can Gpay or PhonePe too. NRI friends can do wire transfers. USA residents can Zelle/BOA to our US account
Q: Do we get any acknowledgement/receipts?
A: Yes. Upon the completion of payments, we will send a DIGITAL CERTIFICATE of contributions/investments. We will also courier you an MOU (taken on a stamp paper) signed by the firm (Prakruth India)
Q: When will the UrbanFarm open?
A: Walking & Cycling track, Vegetables & fruits (few) pick up will be open by as early as Jan 2025, Swimming pool & Homestay by Jan 2026

Q: What about the location?
A: Urban Farm is part of Prakruth Farms that’s located on the karakatta road that connects Vijayawada & Avanigadda. You will have buses every 10 minutes. From Vijayawada, it hardly takes 30 minutes to reach us and it will be a 5 min drive from the newly proposed East Bypass road!
